Welcome to Tanzania Employment Services Agency (TaESA) Website. TaESA is an Executive Agency under Prime Minister's Office Labour,Employment,Youth and People With Disability   established under the Executive Agency’s Act, Cap 245 R.E .2002. It was established in the spirit of the government in converting some of its departments and units into executive agencies for the purpose of improving the delivery of public services, creating an environment conducive to efficient and effective management, improving the quality of employment services.

TaESA strives to achieve the goals and objectives of the National Strategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty linked to the National Development Vision 2025 and the Millennium Development Goals. Employment services and efficient development and utilization of Human Resources are critical requirements for the above mentioned national goals. Therefore the need to create employment opportunities and effective provision of employment services are number one priorities in order to empower Tanzanians for the purpose of reducing income poverty and economic Development.
